(क) नेपाल सरकारले तोकेको पाठ्यक्रमअनुसार निर्धारित समयमा कक्षा सञ्चालन एवं पठनपाठन
(ख) कक्षाकोठामा स्मार्ट बोर्ड र माइक्रोफोनको प्रयोग
(ग) बालमैत्री एवं प्रविधिमैत्री कक्षाकोठाको व्यवस्था
(घ) अतिरिक्त कक्षाको व्यवस्था एवं अतिकमजोर विद्यार्थीका लागि विशेष कक्षा सञ्चालन
(ङ) साप्ताहिक, मासिक, त्रैमासिक र वार्षिक परीक्षा सञ्चालन
(च) समयमै परीक्षाको नतिजा प्रकाशन एवं समीक्षा
(छ) नतिजापश्चात् पृष्ठपोषण
(ज) विद्यार्थी, अभिभावक, शिक्षक र वि.व्य.स.बीच पटक–पटक अन्तरक्रिया एवं छलफल
(झ) आधारभूत तहमा स्थानीय पाठ्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन
