Shree Malika Secondary School is located in the old market area of Gauriganga Municipality, Ward No. 2, which lies 38 km east of Dhangadhi Bazaar in Kailali District, Sudurpashchim Province, and is connected to the Mahendra Highway. To the south, it borders Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City (Urma), to the north Chure Rural Municipality, to the west Godawari Municipality, and to the east Ghodaghodi Municipality.
Situated at the central part of the municipality, the school is close to Chaumala Bazaar, a health center, the Area Police Office, the municipal office, the Area Forest Office, livestock and agriculture centers, the post office, as well as cooperative institutions.
