आदरणीय अभिभावकज्यूहरू, शिक्षक–कर्मचारीहरू, प्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू तथा सम्पूर्ण शिक्षाप्रेमी महानुभावहरू,
श्री मालिका माध्यमिक विद्यालय ज्ञान, सिप, संस्कार र अनुशासनयुक्त शिक्षा प्रदान गर्दै विद्यार्थीहरूको उज्ज्वल भविष्य निर्माणमा निरन्तर अग्रसर रहेको शैक्षिक संस्था हो । विद्यालयको शैक्षिक, भौतिक तथा व्यवस्थापकीय विकासमा विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति, शिक्षक, अभिभावक, विद्यार्थी र समुदायको साझा भूमिका रहन्छ ।
आजको बदलिँदो समयानुकूल विद्यार्थीहरूलाई गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा, प्रविधिमैत्री सिकाइ, व्यावहारिक ज्ञान तथा नैतिक संस्कार प्रदान गर्नु हाम्रो प्रमुख जिम्मेवारी हो । त्यसका लागि विद्यालयको शैक्षिक वातावरणलाई अझ प्रभावकारी, अनुशासित र बालमैत्री बनाउँदै लैजान विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति सदैव प्रतिबद्ध छ ।
विद्यालयको विकास केवल विद्यालयको प्रयासबाट मात्रै सम्भव हुँदैन । अभिभावकको सहयोग, शिक्षकहरूको समर्पण एवं लगनशीलता, विद्यार्थीहरूको मेहनत र समुदायको सकारात्मक सोच एवं सहभागिताले मात्र विद्यालयले अपेक्षित सफलता प्राप्त गर्न सक्दछ । त्यसैले विद्यालयको समग्र विकासका लागि सबै पक्षबीच सहकार्य, समन्वय र आपसी विश्वास कायम राख्न आवश्यक छ ।
यस विद्यालयलाई शैक्षिक गुणस्तर, अनुशासन, संस्कार र उत्कृष्टताको नमुना विद्यालयको रूपमा विकास गर्ने हाम्रो साझा लक्ष्य हो । यस लक्ष्य प्राप्तिका लागि विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिको तर्फबाट आवश्यक सहयोग, समन्वय र नेतृत्व प्रदान गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्दछु । यस विद्यालयको निरन्तर प्रगति र विद्यार्थीहरूको उज्ज्वल भविष्यका लागि योगदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शिक्षक, कर्मचारी, अभिभावक, विद्यार्थी, शिक्षाप्रेमी, समाजसेवी तथा शुभेच्छुहरूप्रति हार्दिक धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछु ।

Shree Malika Secondary School is an educational institution continuously dedicated to shaping the bright future of students by providing education enriched with knowledge, skills, values, and discipline. The development of the school — academically, physically, and administratively — is the shared responsibility of the School Management Committee, teachers, parents, students, and the community.
In today’s changing times, our foremost responsibility is to provide students with quality education, technology-friendly learning, practical knowledge, and moral values. To achieve this, the School Management Committee remains committed to making the school environment more effective, disciplined, and child-friendly.
The development of a school cannot be achieved by its efforts alone. True success comes only through the cooperation of parents, the dedication and perseverance of teachers, the hard work of students, and the positive thinking and participation of the community. Therefore, collaboration, coordination, and mutual trust among all stakeholders are essential for the overall development of the school.
Our shared goal is to develop Shree Malika Secondary School into a model institution of quality education, discipline, values, and excellence. On behalf of the School Management Committee, I express our commitment to provide the necessary support, coordination, and leadership to achieve this goal.
